Dinner in Paradise with our GMBHA Allied Upgrade Member Florida Farm & Food

The dinner began with a tour of the farm. The farm ingredients are simple: natural organic matter; love and care. They pride themselves on their edible flowers. Paradise Farms has hosted over 150 interns during the last 10 years. Our Johnson and Wales interns worked with Chef Diego Oka (La Mar at Mandarin Oriental), Chef Kris Wessel (Oolite Resturant & Bar) & Garbiel Orta & Elad Zvi (Freehand Miami & 27 Restaurant & Bar) during the dinner preparation as well as served the food to over 75 guests.
