GMBHA’s Summer Breakfast Series: Directors of Spa and Fitness Panel at the Biltmore Hotel

Biltmore’s Executive Chef Hackett and Banquet Chef Downs prepared a very special Spa breakfast for our Directors of Spa and Fitness Panel.

The menu consisted of the following healthy and Delicious items:

Assorted Fresh Squeezed Juices and Organic Fresh Elixirs
Banana & Steel Cut Oatmeal Brule
Fresh Fruit Carpaccio, minted yogurt, toasted almonds
Biltmore House made granola with almond, soy and skim milk
Shrimp & Grit open face tamales
Smoked Salmon Flatbread
