Four Course Tasting Inspired by Chef Daniel Boulud’s new cookbook “Daniel, My French Cuisine” at db Bistro Moderne

Having followed Daniel Boulud's cuisine and restaurants for many years, it was such a thrill to finally meet Chef Boulud. Every course was an inspiration of a different region of France from Alsace, Lyon, Provence and Normandy. I will never forget this incredible meal and meeting truly one of the best chefs in the world! A special thanks to my friend Florencia Tabeni, General Manager, JW Marriott Marquis and Beaux Arts.
