Thank you to Mark Trowbridge, President & CEO, and his team at the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce for partnering with us for our Third Annual Restaurant Edition of Good Morning Coral Gables sponsored by MIAMI Magazine and hosted by The Biltmore.

The panel of experts spoke about restaurant trends in Miami, challenges newly opened restaurants may face, technology’s and social media’s impact on the way restaurants are managed, and exciting food trends. Trends touched upon included locally sourced produce and healthy kids meals, using seasonal produce, the decline of overly expensive restaurants, NYC chefs coming to Miami, bolder, more authentic flavors, cold pressed juices, high-end cocktail bars, pork’s, and especially bacon’s, rise in popularity, and the pressures restaurants face to become more sustainable and use local vendors more.
